As a practitioner and academic, I bring a judicious and well-rounded approach to my role as a career coach.

 

My sessions are characterised by a diverse methodology, drawing on my substantial background in psychology.

 

In alignment with my research interests, I primarily work with four distinct client groups:

 

• Expatriates (prior to or during their assignments)

• High-skilled immigrants

• Global team members and leaders

• Repatriates (upon their return to their home countries)

 

My unique career as both a scientist and practitioner has been recognized by the  European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology and the British Psychological Society.
